Absolutely amazing! I purchased a diamond from the team at Randolph & Co and had the most wonderful experience. The founder, Brad, is incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything to a first time buyer like myself. He explained what to look for when buying a diamond and what to avoid, which is something most other diamond brokers would never do, since they are often just looking to make a quick buck. Such a wonderful experience! I won an auction from this company on Tik Tok shop for the loose diamond. This beautiful blue diamond was the one I won! During the auctions is when I found out they could also do settings for them! They responded quickly and helped answer my question. Super professional! This was also a custom design and I received it in 3-4 weeks because of the time of year.

Fantastic pricing ! Got my loose diamond from his show and every jeweler that I encountered on the way to get it set was just mesmerized by the quality and price !
